+The new, integrated membership system went live in the spring/summer of 2006. It is two plugin modules for the Xaraya system and makes full use of Xaraya's security system.
+The system had a minor rewrite in Spring 2008 to reduce some of the complexity.
+Current suggested improvements or changes to the system include:
+  - additional checkboxes to clarify what emails they wish to receive and what details to have in the handbook.
+  - changes to the DB to allow a corporate account to have more than one delivery address.
+  - changes to the DB so that the number of journals per account can be specified. Defaults to 1 except for corporate account, where it defaults to 5.
