The focus this time is more heavily on the sitting/ standing/ moving issue - particularly as it relates to those working in a software development environment, with more extensive practical advice based on personal experience and further research. The nutrition side is also covered again, but from a different angle, with more on the biochemical responses and interactions as well as more advice on making sustainable changes.\\
