   - Job title / Role
   - Experience in IT
   - Age (brackets)
   - Qualifications: None, High School, Computing Degree, Non-Computing degree, Higher
   - Purchasing authority
   - Contractor / Permanent / Consultant
   - Time since last job change
   - Primary language used
   - Secondary language used
   - Language favoured
   - Primary Operating system
   - Tools Used
   - IDE/Editor used
   - Location
   - Domain of work
   - Number of books purchased in the last year 
   - Number of (paid for) industry events attended in last year
   - Are you an current ACCU member?  (if going to ACCU general) and then Are you a lapsed ACCU member?


===== What should we use to do the survey? =====
Lets assume we are going to use an online service.

   * SurveyMonkey.com - $20 per month, 1000 responses per month.  We use this at Actix, its OK but doesn't have advanced features, I think we can pay for a monthly account, download the responses and cancel.  We can get a free membership, put up our survey, do a couple of tests (e.g. ACCU committee), refine it then do it for real.
