**Bio**:
Dirk Haun has been developing software in C and C++ for smart card POS terminals, PDAs and smartphones, service level management tools, and systems for document processing and conversion. He has since moved on to the fields of software QA and build management. In his spare time, he is maintaining an open source project. When he's not dabbling in code, he is helping others improve their presentation skills.\\
