**Bio**:\\
Matt's software engineering experience spans embedded C to C# to
JavaScript. Currently an Agile team leader, Matt is interested in all
the usual Agile and Lean stuff, but still can't help looking at things
in a technological way. He hasn't written a book or anything, but has
given a few talks at ACCU and other conferences, and tries to make
interesting points.\\
