**Bio**:
Michael is the founder of Die Projektur, the European training and consulting hub for agile innovation. Michael has been a creative geek ever since he learned programming from his father at the age of ten. Ten years later, in 1994 he founded his first software company with the aim to revolutionise knowledge management in technology businesses. This was when he learned that knowledge and innovation have got verylittle to do with technology, but quite a lot with culture,communication and focus. In recent years Michael has led many innovative teams towards success. He holds an MSc in coaching and organisation development.\\
