**Bio**: \\
Steve Freeman was a keynote speaker at ACCU 2010. He is an independent consultant specializing in Agile software development. With Nat Pryce he wrote [[http://www.amazon.co.uk/Growing-Object-Oriented-Software-Guided-Signature/dp/0321503627|Growing Object-Oriented Software, Guided by Tests]] and won the 2006 Agile Alliance Gordon Pask award. He is a founder member of the eXtreme Tuesday Club and was chair of the first London XpDay. These days Steve is interested in writing better code, and in exploring organizational complexity.\\
