**Bio**: \\
Technical Team Lead for SEGA Europe, Lee Winder has worked in the games industry for over a decade using a variety of technologies from cutting edge consoles to low spec mobile devices.  He has a possibly unhealthy interest in software development practices, especially source control and work flow management.\\
\\
He has spoken at a number of events from Develop (UK), Intel Buzz (worldwide) and a significant number of Universities about a wide range of topics, especially DVCS development practices.\\
\\
He's also involved in the Educational field through his involvement with Creative SkillSet and their accreditation process and on a number of University advisory boards.\\
\\
