Description:
1. Case Study of presenting Agile for the whole Organization to top management (CEO); making serious agility scary, as opposed to oversimplified. Use of Rico's agile and lean structures. Redefining agile, as what gives real value.

2. Multiple cases of Evo Agile, showing how projects are controlled by multiple top level critical quality requirements are used to defined the projects real objectives, lay the basis for serious architecture and for project management

3. The use of dynamic design to cost as a means to get control of many conflicting quality, performance and cost requirements through iterative feedback and intelligent change: the most advanced, and only 'sane' agile approach to serious systems.

4. The use of the Green Week to tackle reduction of technical debt in recurring cycle of engineering the improvement of maintenance capabilities (10 dimensions at once). A true software engineering approach, superior to 'refactoring' because it gives measurable results, in many dimensions, and tackles the whole system, not merely code or data.
