Title: Implications of Conway's Law
Proposer: Rachel Davies
Proposer: Michael Feathers
Type: Workshop
Duration: 90 mins
Description:
Conway’s Law is a simple statement - Any organization that designs a system (defined broadly) will produce a design whose structure is a copy of the organization's communication structure. Come to this workshop to reflect on the implications of Conway’s Law for software construction and how we should organise software developers working on a large code base.

JJ: Rachel writes - I’ve run this workshop as a 60 min Agile Coach Barcelona and can provide more details about workshop structure and timings if you need it (doesn’t seem to be something you ask for in submission process though)
