Description:
While ostensible the same subject as my 2014 talk of corresponding name this is mostly entirely new material, and that little which is common is completely reworked. The focus this time is more heavily on the sitting/ standing/ moving issue - particularly as it relates to those working in a software development environment, with more extensive practical advice based on personal experience and further research. The nutrition side is also covered again, but from a different angle, with more on the biochemical responses and interactions as well as more advice on making sustainable changes.
