  15. Domain of work
  16. Number of books purchased in the last year
  17. Number of (paid for) industry events attended in last year
  18. Are you an current ACCU member? (if going to ACCU general) and then Are you a lapsed ACCU member?

What should we use to do the survey?

Lets assume we are going to use an online service.

  • SurveyMonkey.com - $20 per month, 1000 responses per month. We use this at Actix, its OK but doesn't have advanced features, I think we can pay for a monthly account, download the responses and cancel. We can get a free membership, put up our survey, do a couple of tests (e.g. ACCU committee), refine it then do it for real.
