Check out the syntax pages for Dokuwiki (it has its own dialect of wiki'sms but if you've used a Wiki before, it's not so different).

To register yourself, go to the login page. At the top of that page is link to a register page, where you can create a login name and a password for login. Once registered, you will be able to read only this page until your registration is approved.

Note that the wiki has an RSS feed, should you wish to keep track of edits.
